Ensuring that the show is accessible to all is a priority for us.
We work closely with our partners to make sure that all of our visitors are looked after.
We respect and understand what the sunflower lanyard represents. The support we can offer to visitors who have additional needs is detailed below.

You can find our accessibility statement here

More info about the facilities available at Excel can be found here

We welcome carers for visitors who need additional support.

Hearing loops are built into our stage and theatre areas. Please contact us here if you would like to request a BSL interpreter.

We ask that requests are made at least two weeks before the show so that we have time to make arrangements. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability.

The hall can get noisy at times. We advise anyone who struggles with ambient noise and / or frequently uses noise reducing devices, including earplugs, to bring them along, just in case. We will have a quiet room available for anyone who needs some time out. Please visit the Organiser's Office (located by the entrance to the show) for support if you need it or tell a member of staff on the show floor if you'd like assistance.
