Speaker line-up

This year's speaker line-up included photographers and filmmakers; best in their field. Specialising in everything from social engagement to photography business, long exposure to macro, they shared their expertise with visitors throughout the four days.

Agne Harris

After finishing her degree in filmmaking at Royal Holloway University, Agne started out as a second shooter for a wedding photographer in Leeds. A year into her freelance career as a photographer she started itching to get back into filmmaking and ventured out on her own as a wedding videographer in 2012. 7 years, 2 house moves, a couple of company name changes and many mistakes and successes later she is at the top of her game, still filming weddings and learning something new with every film. She is now based in Northamptonshire and runs Agnes Wedding Films, travelling all over the country to capture those happy happy couples!

Agne's approach to filmmaking centres around capturing raw emotions and blending in with the crowd to catch those tears of happiness, moments of silliness and roars of laughter. Over the years, her videos have evolved and improved with the introduction of better equipment and new skills, but what has stayed constant in her films from the very beginning is the natural and sometimes humorous tone that tells the story of her couples and their friends and family. More than anything, the aim of Agnes Wedding Films is to deliver a beautiful, unstaged and down to earth representation of a wedding day that is personal to the people involved.
