Mesha Moinirad
Creator & multiple business owner
Mesha Moinirad, known online as Mr Colitis Crohns, is a multi business owner, rehabilitation coach and keynote speaker using powerful visual storytelling to reshape how disability is seen.
Diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease in 2013, Mesha later underwent life saving stoma surgery after exhausting multiple treatment options. Instead of hiding that chapter, he documented it. What began as honest updates became a movement. Through raw, cinematic and often unfiltered content, he has built a highly engaged audience of more than 7 million people across social platforms.
His story and advocacy have been featured by the BBC, Channel 4, The Guardian, Metro and LADbible. He has also collaborated on high impact visual campaigns with global brands including Coloplast, Paramount, ITV, Gymshark, Google Gemini and Spotify to name a few.
For videographers and photographers, Mesha represents more than a personal brand. He is a compelling subject at the intersection of health, performance, vulnerability and strength. His work blends documentary style realism with empowering narrative, offering visually powerful opportunities to capture resilience, movement, identity and the evolving face of modern disability.
Through film, photography and live speaking, Mesha continues to challenge stigma, raise awareness and redefine what strength looks like in today’s world.
