Michelle is a highly experienced director and cinematographer with background in broadcast, documentary, and arts-driven storytelling. She brings a cinematic eye and editorial sharpness to every project — balancing visual flair with narrative purpose.
Having directed and shot work for broadcasters including the BBC, Sky Arts and Bloomberg, Michelle is equally at home crafting intimate interviews, large-scale cultural events, or branded content that demands both precision and style. Michelle is known for her collaboration with major contemporary artists, including making the world’s first “Art-Com” - art-film x sitcom - project for Sky Arts with Sarah Maple, and winning the Golden Lion at the 2022 Venice Biennale with Dame Sonia Boyce RA, for her British Pavilion show “Feeling Her Way”.
