Gold award-winning Colorist Dominic Phipps joined Company 3 full-time at the beginning of 2022 with over 4 years worth of experience grading. Since joining Company 3 he’s gone on to receive Gold at the Kinsale Shark Awards, Gold at the Creative Circle New Talent Awards and Gold at the inaugural British Arrows initiative Young Arrows. He has brought his keen eye and attention to detail on major commercials for clients including Wrangler, Coors, McDonald’s and Puma, and music videos for leading artists such as Stormzy, beabadoobee, Easy Life, and Alfie Templeman.

Phipps, who grew up in the Cotswolds region of England, started his career at Framestore as a runner while studying editing and postproduction at Ravensbourne University in London. Through hard work and determination, he quickly moved up to assisting the lead colorists on major projects, before moving up to his current position of Colorist at Company 3. Phipps has already built up a highly impressive reel and a growing list of steady clients.
