Landscape Photographer, Founder of Light & Land
Charlie is one of the world’s leading landscape photographers, noted for his "painterly" approach in using light and shade. His photographs convey a spiritual quality of serenity and calm.
Charlie is the recipient of numerous awards, including Fellowships to the Royal Photographic Society and the British Institute of Professional Photography, as well as Amateur Photographer’s Power of Photography award.
For 40 years, Charlie has lectured worldwide, published over 30 books, and held numerous exhibitions, including in London, Tokyo, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, New York and California. He tutors photographers of all ages through his company Light & Land, the UK’s leading photographic tour company.
