The IOWP was founded by Michael Lundbeck, an established wedding photographer known for shooting 70+ weddings each year and for his warm, down-to-earth approach to teaching. With years of real-world experience, Michael’s goal was to create a learning platform that puts photographers first—somewhere supportive, modern and genuinely helpful, where training feels enjoyable and photographers can truly thrive.

Today, the IOWP continues to grow, welcoming photographers from across the UK who want to elevate their skills, strengthen their brand, and be part of a positive and professional community.
