Exhibitor Passes

Please note that exhibitor badges are strictly for stand personnel only.

All exhibitors and stand staff are required to wear exhibitor badges to gain access to the hall during the build-up, open period and breakdown – exhibitors with these passes do NOT need a separate contractor passes for build-up and breakdown. If staff are only attending to set up your stand, they should order contractor passes.

Exhibitor badge allocations:

Exhibitors are entitled to a pre-determined quantity of stand personnel badges dependent upon the size of their stand. However, if stand staff are not working for the entire event period, old passes can be exchanged on-site for new ones in the Exhibitor Office, just inside the hall 3 entrance. We will not be posting badges this year. All passes registered before 13 September will be sent an email with the exhibitor pass attached. Physical badges can then be collected from the location mentioned above. Exhibitors can also register for their badges from midday on Friday, 16 September. Allocations are:

0 - 12 m2:  5 badges
13 - 30 m2:  10 badges
31 - 50 m2:  15 badges
51 - 99 m2:  20 badges
100+ m2:  40 badges

If you have ambassadors speaking on / in our event stages and theatres, they will be issued with speaker badges and will not be included in the above allocation.

If you require additional quantities for bonafide reasons, these may be requested. Please email danielle.gardiner@futurenet.com with a summary of your requirements.

Contractor Passes

All contractors working at the show and delivery drivers wanting to gain access to the hall during the build-up and breakdown periods must wear a valid contractor wristband. Wristbands should be pre-ordered and will be posted at the beginning of September.

Car Park Passes

Each exhibitor will be allocated with a set number of complimentary car parking tickets based on the size of their stand. Your tickets will be delivered to your stand by an account manager during build-up. Tickets are only required when you leave the car parks and are not needed for entry.

Car park ticket allocations:

Under 50 m2:  3 car park passes
51-99 m2:  5 car park passes
100 m2 and over:  10 car park passes

Delivery Passes

All vehicles making deliveries to the NEC during build-up and the open period must pre-book a delivery timeslot in advance. Once a booking has been made, you should download and print your delivery pass and ensure that the driver has it with him to assess the NEC hall delivery areas.
