Cilmate Neutral
Peak Design manufactures and sells physical products. That takes lots of raw materials, lots of energy, lots of machinery and facilities, lots of shipping, and lots of people. This end-to-end process results in many tonnes of greenhouse gases entering the atmosphere every year. And they pay to clean it up.
Peak Design takes responsibility for their carbon by measuring their emissions, taking meaningful steps to reduce them, and offsetting the rest. They've been fully carbon neutral since 2017, and they've offset all the greenhouse gases they've ever emitted since 2011.
Peak Design launched a non-profit called Climate Neutral, with the goal of getting all companies to measure, reduce, and offset their carbon footprints. The world needs this label.
