What is The Photography Show & The Video Show Spring Shoots?

Our virtual festival offers you the opportunity to check out and explore products from a host of photography and video brands, and pick up tips, tricks and inspiration along the way - all from the comfort of your own home. All you need is access to the internet and perhaps a cup of tea!

When is The Photography Show & The Video Show Virtual Festival open?

We're online with our exhibitors and experts on 6 & 7 March 2021. The show shop will be open 24 hours, and most sessions will be available to watch on-demand for 30 days after the event for anyone who has registered.

Is there an entry fee for visitors?

It's free to register for the exhibitors, show shop, and most of the talks. 

The Pro Conference and Super Stage sessions require an extra ticket purchase - the option is there on the registration form.

NOTE: If you bought a ticket for the 2020 event at the NEC, please remember that you’ll be able to use it for the next live event on 18-21 September 2021.

I have already registered for the event but I wish to purchase Super Stage or Pro Conference tickets, how do I do that?

Simply click here, login and add on any extra tickets you wish to book.

How do I access the event?

Use the navigation above to find the exhibitor hub, talks and shop.

To watch talks and demos you will need to login - you will have been sent your login key just before the event as long as you registered. If you haven't registered yet, you can do so here.

NOTE: Your login is unique and cannot be used by multiple devices or people simultaneously.

Hard of Hearing support

We will be adding subtitles to the majority of sessions.

Tech stuff

Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend?

No. You only need access to the internet. 

Will I be able to access the event on any device?

Yes! Phone, tablet or laptop / computer - whatever you have will work. We recommend viewing on a laptop or desktop computer for the optimal experience.

What browser should I use?

Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge are the preferred browsers but most browsers will support the event platform.

Is a webcam required?

No! You’ll only need a webcam if you want to talk to an exhibitor about a specific piece of your kit.

Is there a ‘how to’ guide?

Can I log in more than once? 

Yes, you can log in and out of the event as much as you like.

Will I be able to see any of the content if I missed the event? 

Yes, you can watch most of the content using the same link provided for four weeks after the event has finished but you won’t be able to chat to your favourite brands, watch live sessions or participate in chats.

Some sessions may be taken down after the show days at the request of the speaker.

Data sharing

Will my registration data be shared with anyone? 

Your data is stored securely and we will only contact you if you have given us permission to do so. No data will be shared with our sponsors and exhibitors unless you submit your details directly with them.
