Illuminating vision: Mastering lighting for creative portraiture with Forough Yavari (£)
In this 90-minute masterclass, Forough will showcase the art of lighting for creative portraiture. With a live model and lighting gear on hand, she will demonstrate how to use one to three lights to achieve stunning results and create dynamic, impactful portraits. She’ll also guide you through various lighting setups, explaining how to use different types of modifiers to strengthen your imagery.
This is also a chance to see how simple materials can be transformed into creative props to elevate your concepts, and gain valuable insights into effective lighting techniques and creative problem-solving in portrait photography. You'll leave this session with a deeper understanding of how to use lighting and props to bring your vision to life, and enhance your artistic portraiture.
